This note describes what this website and our mailbox do now. It does not describe processing that has not been set up.

• This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts.
• This website has no newsletter sign-up and collects no addresses from visitors. The only way to reach us is the mailbox below.
• If you email hello@exeterlink.com, your message is held in that mailbox so we can reply. If you become a client, documents you send are used for the agreed check and shared only with the people doing the work.
• We have not yet fixed a retention period for correspondence or assignment documents. Ask us for the current position before sending documents you consider sensitive, and tell us if you want a message deleted.
• We may use AI tools to read regulations and records and help assemble a report. The tool list, processing locations and whether those providers retain inputs are not yet confirmed. Ask before sending confidential documents.
• We do not sell or share your details. We use a hosting provider for the site and an email provider for the mailbox.
• You may ask to see or correct the correspondence we hold, or ask us to delete it, at hello@exeterlink.com. Where a legal or accounting duty requires us to keep a record, we will say so.
