About
Who is accountable for this work
Exeter Link is new. This page sets out who contracts with you, who does the work, how specialist review is arranged, where we can deliver, and what happens when the evidence does not answer the question.
The contracting company
Who you are dealing with
The contract is with AIR APAC Pte. Ltd., which trades as Exeter Link. The company is registered in Singapore and its details appear in the footer of every page and in the privacy note.
AIR APAC Pte. Ltd. also publishes research and training under its own name. The Deal Readiness Check is an Exeter Link service, delivered by the same company, and it is not a research or training product.
Exeter Labs builds the research tools and method used on a check. It does not contract with clients and it receives no fee from a distributor.

Accountability
Three roles, named before work starts
The proposal identifies who does what. The report shows what each person checked and what they signed.
The analyst
One person works your file from the first call. Every rule line is checked against the official text and carries the date it was read. Where a figure is an estimate, the report says so.
The specialist reviewer
Where the scope requires local regulatory expertise, the proposal names the reviewer, their qualifications or registration and the exact questions they will review. That is confirmed before any payment is taken. If the review cannot be arranged, we do not accept that scope.
The signer
Indhran Seghar, director of AIR APAC Pte. Ltd., signs the recommendation, and the report carries his name. It shows what each person did: what the analyst checked, what the reviewer confirmed, what the director signed.
We are new. The worked example demonstrates the method; it is not a completed client engagement. We are building our record of customer work, and every accepted assignment has an agreed scope, evidence requirements and accountable reviewers.
Specialist review
Indonesian regulatory questions
Specialist review is arranged for each engagement that needs it. Peter Ang is the Indonesian reviewer for Exeter Link.
Where an assignment requires local regulatory expertise, the proposal names the qualified reviewer, their registration or credentials and the exact questions they will review. That happens before any payment is taken, and the reviewer's position is printed against each line in the report. If the review cannot be arranged for your market and question, we decline the scope rather than proceed without it.
The illustrative worked example on this site has not received specialist review, and every page that shows it says so.
What the proposal must state
- The reviewer's name and registration
- The exact questions they will review
- The scope we will not cover without review
- What happens if the review cannot be arranged
Coverage
Where we can genuinely deliver
We check overseas distributor appointments. The worked example is a Korean valve exporter and an Indonesian distributor, because that is the case we can show in detail, not because other countries are excluded. We confirm the sources and the specialist review for your market before accepting an assignment, and we do not claim coverage we have not arranged.
Your destination market
We start with the market in your proposed appointment. We confirm the sources and the specialist review before accepting the assignment.
The illustrative example
Korea to Indonesia is the worked example. It shows the method; it is not a coverage list or a completed client case.
What we will not claim
We do not claim worldwide source or reviewer coverage. If the review cannot be arranged for your market, we decline the scope.
When the evidence is insufficient
Unanswered stays unanswered
Some questions cannot be answered with available records. The report lists them as unknowns, with who can close each one and why it matters, rather than turning them into a conclusion.
No record found does not establish that no issue exists. A statement by the party being checked is not evidence of the arrangement. Where a point needs a lawyer or a licensed specialist, the report says so.
The correction promise is part of the same discipline: if a rule statement was wrong on the date we checked it, and you tell us within 60 days of delivery, we correct the report and refund the fee.
The standard we hold
Every rule line carries its source and the date it was read. Every estimate is labelled. Every illustrative record is labelled. Every page showing the example says it is illustrative and unreviewed.
See how the standard reads in practice, or read the written extract.
Status
We are new
The worked example demonstrates the method; it is not a completed client engagement. We are building our record of customer work, and every accepted assignment has an agreed scope, evidence requirements and accountable reviewers.
If that matters to your decision, ask us directly on the call. We will tell you what we have done and what we have not.
